Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your Emerge Surfboard. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR BOARD IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. IF SHIPPED, DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR BOARD AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT IN. If your surfboard was shipped to you by freight carrier, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).
ALL CLAIMS FOR SHIPPING OR MANUFACTURING DAMAGES MUST BE RECEIVED BY EMAIL OR PHONE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER THE THIRD DAY.
FULL REFUNDS (30 Days)- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange the surfboard within 30 days of receipt. Your product is ONLY eligible for a FULL REFUND if the board is still in new, unused, unridden, and resalable condition. Upon our receipt of the surfboard, we will credit you for the total purchase price. Shipping costs are NOT refundable. Return shipping costs will be at your expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits, so allow for 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.
PARTIAL REFUNDS / EXCHANGE (7 Days)- If, after riding your new surfboard, you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange the surfboard within 7 days of receipt. A return resulting in an exchange (ordering another Emerge Surfboard) will have 100% of the cost of the original board (minus shipping fees) applied to the purchase of the new board. A $50 USD usage fee will be applied to all used surfboard returns resulting in refunds. Your product is ONLY eligible for a PARTIAL REFUND / EXCHANGE if the board has not been broken, buckled, dinged, scratched, or damaged in any other way. We realize the act of riding a surfboard causes pressure dings (small dents) under normal use. Pressure dings must be less than 1 centimeter in depth and must have been the result of normal surfboard riding.
Please email or call us at 808-358-6209 for further instructions on your return. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts (i.e. fins), damaged or defective, please call us within 3 days and we will send you the correct board, replacement board, or replacement parts at no cost to you. The average time for replacement component shipment is 3-12 weeks.
